Personnel was super friendly and helpful!
There were a balcony and good air-conditioning in the room, loved that. Private bathroom. It had nice and unbeatable location very close to shops, and the center.

The private bathroom with a bidet and shower was amazing! It had free toiletries and a hairdryer, which made my stay even more convenient. I loved the views from certain units of the garden or city. It was so nice to wake up and see such beautiful sights right from my room. Having a seating area in some units was great. It provided a cozy space where I could relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. The air-conditioned rooms were a life-saver, especially during the hot summer days in Naples. It ensured that I had a comfortable and cool stay. The flat-screen TV in each room was a nice addition. It was perfect for winding down in the evenings and catching up on my favorite shows. The balcony in the double room was a lovely touch. I enjoyed sitting outside, enjoying the fresh air and taking in the city views.
Personally, I wasn't a fan of having a sofa in the quadruple room. It took up space and made the room feel a bit cramped.

The room was neat and tidy, and was cleaned daily. The location was great, with easy access to the metro and bus stations. It was also close to many attractions. The communication with the host was smooth and effortless. Breakfast was delicious, with a mouth-watering croissant and a fantastic cup of coffee. Additionally, the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.
The mattress on the bed was old and uncomfortable, resulting in some back pain. The internet connection was weak, which made it difficult to stay connected.

Clean room in central location. Close to famous attractions and easy to explore on foot. The local cafes and restaurants were delightful. The host was helpful and provided useful information.
